We are proud to extend an invitation to NORM IX attendees to beautiful Denver, Colorado, USA!
Denver is the capital, and most populous city in the state of Colorado. Denver is known as the “Mile-high City” because its elevation is exactly one mile above sea level (5,280 feet or 1,609 meters). The city is situated between the Rocky Mountains to the west, and the High Plains to the east, allowing for beautiful mountain views from downtown.
Colorado boasts over 300 days of sunshine each year and has an extremely dry climate due to elevation and geography. Temperatures fluctuate, sometimes widely, throughout the course of a day. Drink plenty of water, bring lip balm and dress in layers to ensure your comfort.
Visit the VisitDenver.org webpage to learn all about Denver before your visit.
We look forward to showing you some of the famous Denver area attractions as part of the social events offered through this Symposium.
