Online registration is available
through May 7, 2008, for those paying with a single credit card.
If
you will be
registering with a
purchase order
or using more than one credit card, you need to
DOWNLOAD
THE REGISTRATION FORM and fax or mail it to CRCPD.
Registration forms need to be received by May 7.
CRCPD
members and sponsors (employees of FDA, DHS/FEMA, ORA/EPA & NRC)
get a discounted registration fee.
If you are not a CRCPD member and wish
to join, you can pay your dues online at the same time you
register for the meeting and you will get the member rate for
the meeting. You will need to

the Membership
Application,
mark on the application that you paid your dues online
when registering for the annual meeting, and fax or mail it to us.
Your
getting the Member rate is contingent on our receiving your
application for membership.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is necessary, CRCPD will refund the fee paid
less a $25.00 administrative fee if CRCPD receives written
notice of cancellation by May 7, 2008. If CRCPD receives
notice of cancellation after May 7, 2008, 50% of the
registration fee will be refunded.
