Membership Application Information--How to Become a Member*

All applicant members must download, complete and submit a  Membership Application* to CRCPD.

Honorary and Life Membership requires a separate Nomination/Application Form

Membership Categories      The 2013 membership dues are:

Director Member  $130.00
Directors of the radiation control program in each of the states, District of Columbia, Puerto  Rico, and certain metropolitan areas. Application Required.

There are three methods CRCPD can use to invoice the Director Member for membership dues, where the State pays the dues for Associate Members.

Associate Member  $55.00
Staff of the radiation control programs described above. Application Required.

Emeritus Member $40.00
Former members recognized for outstanding service in the field of radiation protection.   Director and Associate Members retired from a radiation control program can apply.  All others must be retired from active radiation work and be nominated by the Board.  Annual membership dues are waived the first year an individual becomes an Emeritus Member. Thereafter, dues are assessed as established by the Board of Directors. Application Required.

International Member$95.00
Staff of a radiation control program in a country outside the United States or a U. S. Territory. Application Required.

Affiliate Member $85.00
Any person associated with the business of the CRCPD and desiring to belong to the organization. Application Required.

Honorary Member   [Dues Waived for 2012]
Recognition of individuals who have distinguished themselves in the field of radiation protection and given honor to that profession.  Nomination is required.  The nominee does not have to have been a CRCPD member. Application Required.

Life Member [Dues Waived]
Recognition of Voting, Associate, or Emeritus members with at least 10 years in the organization who have made significant long-term contributions to the field of radiation protection and to the support of CRCPD in the achievement of its goals through career service on CRCPD Working Groups, the Board of Directors, or provision of administrative leadership or advancement of radiation protection. Past Board members automatically become Life members upon retirement from or leaving a radiation control program.  Nomination required for all others.(Maximum: Two Life Members per year.)
