Categories Available to CRCPD Director Members for Paying Membership Dues

There are four different ways CRCPD can invoice a Director Member.  A Director Member may be sent an individual invoice that may be paid by either the member or their State.  CRCPD also provides billing options for groups of members:

1.     In Group billing, one invoice is sent to the Director Member for the Director Member and specific Associate Members.   In a Group, anyone not already a CRCPD member must submit a membership application.

2.    In Agency billing, one invoice is sent based on the number of individuals in the State's program.  All of the program's radiation control staff can automatically become CRCPD members for a flat fee, without the completion of a membership application by each of the individuals.  If any of the Agency's slots become available during a year, a new member can be added simply by providing CRCPD's financial office with the individual's information (name, address, phone, fax, email).  Note:  even with an Agency membership, a new Director Member is required to complete a membership application.  Agency fee structure:

1-10 Members

11-25 Members

$   750

$1,750

26-50 Members

51-75 Members

$3,000

$4,500

76-100 Members

101- Members

 $6,000

$7,500

3.     In Agency/Group billing, a state pays a flat fee for a specified number of individuals, and then pays for specific individuals in the group.   For example, a State with a staff of 29 may choose the Agency/Group category and select the 11-25 Agency category for 25 slots and also be invoiced for 4 specific individuals.  For the 25 slots a membership application would not need to be completed for any individuals not already a member; new members to the Group would need to complete a membership application.

If you want to change the category of invoice that is sent to you, please contact Amy Hall at 502/227-4543, Ext. 2225 or email at apopp@crcpd.org

The Agency category provides a quick and easy mechanism for adding CRCPD members.

A State paying for CRCPD membership for the staff encourages involvement and is an active way to enhance employees.  Encouraging them to get involved in CRCPD activities strengthens their commitment to radiation protection, and strengthens CRCPD, the organization that speaks for radiation control programs.
