This is a directory of professional personnel in State and local government agencies that administer radiation control activities, and in selected Federal agencies, certain U.S. territories, Canada, and Mexico that have responsibility for certain radiation protection activities.  Selected federal personnel, listed by agency, follow the State listings.  For most Federal agencies, personnel are listed for central and regional offices.  CRCPD publishes this document annually.

This directory contains addresses, office hours, emergency telephone numbers, and fax numbers for State radiation protection agencies; who is in charge of the program; and names, titles, email addresses, telephone numbers and off-duty numbers for staff.   Contact information on the members of CRCPD's Board of Directors, as well as the staff of CRCPD's Office of Executive Director, is also available.

Corrections and updates are published bimonthly in the CRCPD NEWSBRIEF [a newsletter published every February, April, June, August, October, and December] on information contained in the listings for the states, federal agencies, foreign agencies, Board of Directors, Council Chairpersons, Federal Liaisons to the Board of Directors, and the Office of Executive Director.

This document is not available online.  A subscription to the directory on disk is available on CD in Microsoft Word format.  The initial disk is sent when hard copies are sent. Updated disks will be sent to subscribers April 1, July 1, and October 1, CRCPD Publication 07-1-S, ($200.00 for the subscription, regardless of when ordered).

The Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, Inc. (CRCPD) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit non-governmental professional organization dedicated to radiation protection.  CRCPD was formed in 1968.

• We promote radiological health in all aspects and phases;
• We encourage and promote cooperative enforcement programs with federal agencies and between related enforcement agencies within each state;
• We encourage the interchange of experience among radiation control programs;
• We collect and make accessible to the membership of the CRCPD such information and data as might be of assistance to them in the proper fulfillment of their duties;
• We promote and foster uniformity of radiation control laws and regulations;
• We encourage and support programs that will contribute to radiation control for all;
• We assist the membership in their technical work and development; and
• We exercise leadership with radiation control professionals and consumers in radiation control development and action.

CRCPD's mission is "to promote consistency in addressing and resolving radiation protection issues, to encourage high standards of quality in radiation protection programs, and to provide leadership in radiation safety and education."
