44th ANNUAL NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON RADIATION CONTROL

*If cancellation is necessary, CRCPD will refund the fee paid less a $25.00 administrative fee if CRCPD receives written notice of cancellation by May 1, 2012.  If we receive cancellations after May 1, 2012, we will refund 50% of the registration fee paid.  We will be unable to issue refunds for chairperson reception or night out guest fees after May 1, 2012.
